The Papua New Guinea 10 Kina banknote was issued by the Bank of Papua New Guinea in 2015, printed on polymer, to commemorate the XV Pacific Games. The obverse side shows the coat of arms with a bird of paradise perched on Kundu drum and ceremonial spear, the National Parliament building in Port Moresby, PORT MORESBY 2015 / XV Pacific Games / PNG logo, and an OVI patch. The reverse side features a tami bowl, a bird of paradise skin, a Tambu shell money from New Britain, boar tusks from the Highlands, and tapa cloth patterns. The banknote has no security thread but contains a shadow image watermark with a bank logo design. The blue banknote measures 135 x 70 mm. This commemorative polymer banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
