Papua New Guinea 2 Kina Banknote, 2013, P-28c, UNC

The Papua New Guinea 2 Kina banknote is part of the 2013 issues. It is green in color and measures 140 x 70 mm. The obverse side shows the coat of arms with the bird of paradise perched on a Kundu drum and a ceremonial spear, and the National Parliament building in Port Moresby. The reverse side features a Mount Hagan axe, a Kula armband from Milne Bay Province, an engraved dogs tooth necklace from Bougainville, a Sepik clay pot, and tapa cloth patterns. This banknote has no security thread and contains a shadow image watermark with a bank logo design.
