This uncirculated 5 Kina Papua New Guinea note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Papua New Guinea. It is a violet note that is dated 2007, bear the signatures of Simon Tosali and Leonard Wilson Kamit, and measures 148 x 73 mm. Its obverse side features the 2007 XIII South Pacific Games logo, and the coat of arms with bird of paradise perched on Kundu drum and ceremonial spear. Its reverse side shows primitive currencies, Hombuli mask used for bridal payments in Sepik region, a kina shell used in Highlands, shell necklace from Milne Bay, a necklace interwoven with New Ireland seeds, and tapa cloth patterns. Security features include a windowed security thread with demetalized 5 BPNG and a watermark of bank logo.
