The Paraguay 5,000 Guaranies banknote is from the 2011-2017 series and features on its obverse side Don Carlos Antonio Lopez, second dictator of Paraguay, as well as a locomotive steam engine, a round Coat of Arms with a star and a round emblem with a lion and a cap. Meanwhile, the reverse side shows the Palacio de los Lez (Lopez Palace) building in Asuncion and a locomotive steam engine. The banknote is red, is made of polymer and measures 157 x 67 mm. It was given a grade of 66 by grading company Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
