The Peru 1,000 Soles de Oro Banknote is part of the 1976-1985 Sol de Oro series which introduced minor changes in engravings, printer imprints, and serial number fonts. This specimen banknote issued in 1981 is green, brown, red, and yellow in color and measures 150 x 75 mm. It was given a grade of 66 by grading company Paper Money Guaranty (PMG). The obverse side features naval battle hero Miguel Grau, as well as Perus Coat of Arms. Meanwhile, the reverse side shows three fishermen in a boat with nets and ropes.
