This 1,000 Peruvian intis banknote is dated 26 June 1987 (26 de Junio de 1987) and signed by Banco Central de Reserva del Peru (Central Reserve Bank of Peru) Director Luis Guiulfo Zender, President Carlos Capuy, and General Manager Cesar Farrari Qui. It has brown, orange, and purple colors and dimensions of 150 mm x 75 mm. Its obverse side features Ramon Castilla, the former president of Peru who stabilized the political scene in his tenure, and the Peruvian arms. Its reverse side depicts a woman examining cotton spinning frames.
