This 10 Peruvian Nuevos Sol note is dated 17 de Enero de 2013 and signed by Director Luis Alberto Arias Minaya, President Julio Velarde Flores, and Gerente General Renzo Rossini Minan. It was introduced by the Central Reserve Bank of Peru in 2014. It has green, orange, brown, and red colors and dimensions of 140 mm by 65 mm. Its obverse side features an inverted biplane and the aviator Jose Abelardo Quinones Gonzales. Its reverse side portrays the Macchu Picchu ruins. Security features of the note include a solid security thread with demetalized Peru 10 BCRP and a watermark of Jose Abelardo Quinones Gonzales, a pixelated airplane, and electrotype 10. This note is in uncirculated condition and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
