Peru 10 Nuevos Soles Banknote, 2013, P-187, UNC

The 2013 10 Peruvian nuevos soles banknote and its predecessor have the same design but different color scheme. The obverse side features Jose Abelardo Quinones Gonzales, a Peruvian national hero. The reverse side depicts the site of Macchu Picchu and a small image of the Peruvian coat of arms. The security features of the note are a solid security thread with a demetalized print of the phrase Per10 BRCP, and a watermark of Jose Quinones Gonzales, a pixelated airplane, and an electrotyped 10. The note measures 140 mm by 64 mm.
