The Peru 5 Soles de Oro Banknote was released by the Central Bank of Peru in 1974. It comes in a combination of green, orange, and yellow. Featured on its obverse are ancient vases, the coat of arms of Peru, and Inca Pachacutec who was the ninth Sapa Inca of the Inca Empire. The reverse of the note depicts rock walls of Fortaleza de Sacsahuaman (fortress) near Cusco. The note contains a solid security thread, however, it does not have a watermark. It is 155 x 65 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition. It has also been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
