The Peru 50 Soles De Oro banknote is part of the 1977 issues of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru. It comes in color combinations of black, purple, and green. Its obverse design consists of two miners with a jackhammer and a pry bar on the left, the coat of arms on the center, and on the right is a portrait of Peruvian revolutionary leader Tupac Amaru II wearing a hat. Featured on the banknotes reverse is the San Bartolome churchyard in El Historico Pueblo de Tinta. The banknote is 155 x 65 mm in size and was printed by Thomas De La Rue & Company, Limited. It has no watermark. This particular 50 Soles banknote is in used condition.
