This uncirculated 10 Philippine piso banknote is a replacement banknote introduced by the Central Bank of the Philippines in 1985. It is a brown and red banknote that bear the signatures of Philippine President Corazon Aquino and Central Bank Governor J. Fernandez, and measures 160 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side honors the “Brain of the Revolution” and the first Prime Minister of the Philippines, Apolinario Mabini, and his El Verdadero Decalogo, which became part of the first Philippine Constitution in Malolos. Its reverse side shows the Barasoain Church in Bulacan. Security features include a segmented solid security thread and a watermark of Apolinario Mabini.
