The Philippines 100 Piso Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of the Philippines in 2013 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Shell Philippines. The banknote comes in a combination of purple and blue. The obverse features Manuel Acuna Roxas, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas seal, a depiction of Roxas lowering the United States flag and raising the Philippine flag on July 4, 1946, in the Manila Independence Grandstand. It also bears a black shell 1914- 2014 overprint. The reverse depicts the Old Central Bank of the Philippines building. the new Central Bank of the Philippines headquarters building in Manila It contains a windowed security thread with demetallized 100 and a solid security thread. it also has a watermark that features Manuel Roxas It measures 166 x 66 mm and is signed by Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III and Amando Tetangco Jr. This commemorative banknote is in uncirculated condition.
