This banknote folder contains one uncirculated Philippine peso banknote. The 2,000 Philippine peso banknote is a numismatic product issued by the Central Bank to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Philippine independence. It is a violet, yellow, and green banknote that is dated 2001, bears the signatures of President Joseph Estrada and Bank Governor Rafael Carlos Baltazar Buenaventura, and measures 216 mm x 133 mm. Its obverse side contains Filipino text, the Malolos Constitution scroll, the Barasoain Roman Catholic church in Bulacan, the bank seal, and a depiction of Joseph Estrada swearing in as president. Its reverse side contains the centennial logo and a depiction of Fidel Ramos waving the flag to celebrate the centennial of independence at the Aguinaldo Shrine in Cavite. Security features include a windowed security thread and a watermark of Estrada, Ramos, and the dates 1898-1998.
