This uncirculated 20 Philippine peso note was introduced in 1970 by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. It was signed by President Ferdinand Marcos and Central Bank Governor Gregorio S. Licaros. The note has red, orange, and brown colors and dimensions of 160 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side features the former president Manuel Luis Quezon who is also known as the Father of the Filipino Language, and the Bangko Sentral seal. Its reverse side features the presidential residence Malacang Palace and the Pasig River. Security features of the note include a segmented solid security thread and a watermark of Manuel Quezon. This note was printed by De La Rue and engraved by Stanley Doubtfire.
