The Philippines 50 Centavos Banknote was issued by the Japanese Government in 1942 ND. It comes in a color combination of black, blue, and violet. The obverse of the pape bill bears English and Japanese text. It features the coat of arms and two natives riding a water buffalo in the middle of banana plants. The reverse of the note depicts bank guilloches. The note does not contain a security thread. It has a watermark that reveals a quatrefoil pattern. It is 120 x 58 mm in size and is in used condition.
