This uncirculated 50 Philippine peso banknote is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Central Bank of the Philippines). It is a red, brown, and yellow banknote that bear the signatures of President Ferdinand Marcos and Bank Governor Gregorio S. Licaros and measures 160 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side features the portrait of former president Sergio Osmeña, the ANG BAGONG LIPUNAN guilloche overprint, and the bank seal. Its reverse side depicts the Gusaling Batasan (Congress building). Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of Sergio Osmeña. The banknote was demonetized in 1996.
