The Philippines 50 Piso Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of the Philippines in 2012 to commemorate the 45th ASEAN day celebration. The banknote comes in a combination of red, brown, and yellow. Its obverse features Sergio Osmena, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas seal, a fountain, and a gavel. It also bears a blue and red One vision one identity One Community 1967-2012 The Philippines Founding Member of ASEAN overprint. The reverse depicts the Gusali ng Pambansang Museo (national museum) building. It contains a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals Sergio Osmena. It measures 160 x 66 mm and is signed by Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III and Amando Tetangco Jr. This commemorative banknote is in uncirculated condition.
