This uncirculated 20 Polish zloty banknote is a numismatic banknote issued by the National Bank of Poland to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the “Coronation of the Icon of Our Lady of Czestochowa (The Blessed Virgin Mary)”. It is a blue, orange, green, and red banknote that is dated 10 May 2017, bears the signature of Adam Glapinski, and measures 150 mm x 77 mm. Its obverse side features the floral ornament from the antependium of an altar in the Chapel of the Mother of God, the national coat of arms, flying guardian angels holding the crowns of Mary and Jesus bestowed by Pope Clement XI, Anjou lilies, and tendrils from a baroque frame of the Miraculous Icon. Its reverse side depicts the plan of the Jasna Gora monastery, the 18th-century drawing of the coronation of the Miraculous Icon of the Mother of God, and a fleur-de-lis of the House of Anjou as a SPARK live feature. Security features include the Marian monogram registration device, a solid security thread with a demetalized 20 Zt, and a watermark of the Pauline Order coat of arms.
