This uncirculated 1 Qatari riyal banknote is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Qatar Central Bank in 2008. It is a blue, brown, and purple bnaknote that bear the signatures of Abdullah Saud Al-Thani and Ali Shareef Al Emadi, and measures 134 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side shows the Qatar coat of arms. Its reverse side shows three native birds: a crested lark, a Eurasian bee-eater, and a lesser sand plover. Security features include a solid security thread, a windowed security thread with demetalized QCB 1, and a watermark of a falcon head with an electrotype Arabic text.
