Qatar 1 Riyal Banknote, 2015, P-28a, UNC

The Qatar 1 Riyal is part of the family of notes issued in 2015 with symbols that would help the sight impaired. The obverse of the note is the Coat of Arms of Qatar with a dhow, crossed swords, and palm trees. On its reverse side are three native birds, a bee eater originating from Eurasia, and a lesser sand plover. This 134 x 66 mm paper bill in uncirculated condition comes with a solid security thread and a windowed security thread with a demetallized QCB 1. When held up to a light source, a Falcon head and an electrotype 1 would display on this banknote.
