This uncirculated 3 mark note from Radolfzell was issued in the federal state of Baden in 1921 as an emergency (notgeld) note. Its obverse side features a portrait of German poet and novelist Joseph Victor von Scheffel. Its reverse side shows an aerial view of the City of Radolfzell from Lake Constance (Bodensee).
