Reviews:

The Romania 1 Million Lei Banknote was issued by the National Bank of Romania in 2004 and printed on polymer. The banknote has a color combination of blue, green, and violet. Its obverse features the coat of arms of Romanis, a violet flower, a comedy mask, the BNR monogram, and a portrait of Ion Luca Caragiale. The reverse depicts the BNR monogram and Constantin Baraschi’s statue of Ion Luca Carafiale on Maria Rosetti Street in Bucharest. It also shows the original Grand Theatre of Bucharest building and a tragedy mask in Optically Variable Ink. Its shadow image watermark reveals the BNR monogram and Ion Luca Caragiale. The banknote is 168 x 78 mm in size and is signed by Mugur Constantin Isarescu and Casier Central. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
