This uncirculated 10,000 Romanian leu banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the National Bank of Romania. It is a green, blue, and yellow banknote that is dated 1999, bear the signatures of Mugur Constantin Isarescu and Dan Florescu, and measures 150 mm x 67 mm. Its obverse side features the Romanian coat of arms, gentian flowers, the BNR monogram, a portrait of Nicolae Iorga, and the denomination in green-to-violet OVI. Its reverse side depicts a crusader eagle with a cross in its beak from the Vallachian coat of arms, the Romanian Orthodox Cathedral in Curtea de Arges, and the BNR monogram.
