Its obverse side features the coat of arms, an edelweiss flower, a starburst as a registration device, the BNR monogram, an airplane propeller, Aurel Vlaicu, and a vertical stripe in gold OVI with the BNR pattern and a latent image of the Aurel Vlaicu monument. Its reverse side shows the monogram, the Vlaicu II airplane, the motor, the head of a mountain eagle (Aquila chrysaetos), a starburst, and the BNR monogram. Security features include a simulated solid security thread and a watermark of Aurel Vlaicu, and a BNR monogram. Because it is a damaged note, it may have tears, folding, and/or major stains. Degree of damage may vary. Additionally, the note was withdrawn in 2005.
