This uncirculated 500 Lei Romania note is a standard circulation banknote issued by National Bank of Romania. It is a blue, violet, green, orange, and yellow polymer note that is dated 2022, bear the signatures of Mugur Constantin Isarescu and Lonel Nitu, and measures 153 x 82 mm. Its obverse side features a coat of arms, quill as registration device, inkwell, quill, lime leaves and flowers (Tilia platyphyllos), hourglass in OVI, BNR monogram and Mihai Eminescu. Its reverse side shows BNR monogram, page from Timpul newspaper, Iaşi Unversity Library in Iasi, quill and BNR monogram. Security features include a Simulated solid security thread and a watermark of Mihai Eminescu and BNR monogram.
