This uncirculated 1 Russian bilet banknote is an investment certificate issued by the MMM Corporation (a Ponzi scheme company) in 1994. Its obverse side shows the value and the profile of MMM Corporation founder, Sergei Mavrodi. Its reverse side depicts the company logo. Though the banknote does not have a security thread, it has a star-patterned watermark, a solid serial number, and dimensions of 150 mm x 70 mm.
