The vertically oriented obverse side shows painter Ivan Konstantinovich Aivazovskys The Russian Squadron on the Sebastopol Roads, sculptor Amandus Adamsons Monument to the Scuttled Ships in Sevastopol Bay, the layout of Sevastopol city, architect I. Fialko and sculptor V. Yakovlevs Memorial to the Heroic Defense of Sevastopol in 1941-1942 on Nakhimov square and the St. Vladimirs Cathedral. The vertically oriented reverse side features a grapevine, the Sail cliff and Au-Dag mountain, the Swallows Nest castle on Aurora Cliff overlooking Cape of Ai-Todor in Yalta, Crimea, Khans mosque in Khans Palace in Bakhchysarai, the radio telescope RT-70 near the town of Yevpatoria, and the Quick Recognition Code. This banknote uses a holographic windowed security thread with a demetalized 100 and micro-perf ruble symbol (?) and contains a watermark with a Catherine the Great and electrotype jewelry design. It is graded 68 by the Paper Money Guarantee (PMG).
