This used 5,000 Russian ruble note is dated 1997, even though it was introduced by the Bank of Russia in 2006. It is red and brown in color and measures 157 mm by 69 mm. Its obverse side contains an OVI bank seal, the statue of Nikolay Nikolayevich Muravyov-Amursky, the promontory tower in Khabarovsk, and the Khabarovsk coat of arms in crimson-to-green OVI. Its reverse side shows the automobile bridge across the Amur River. Security features include a 3-mm wide windowed security thread with demetalized 5000 and a watermark that shows a vertical 5000 and Nikolay Nikolayevich Muravyov-Amursky with an electrotype 5000.
