Russia 50 Rubles Banknote, 1997 (2004), P-269c, UNC, TAP 60-70 Authenticated

The Russia 50 Rubles banknote is part of the 2004 issues. It is blue, brown, red, orange, and green in color and measures 150 x 65 mm. The obverse side shows a bank seal and a female figure symbolizing the Neva River at the foot of the South rostral column on Birzhevaya Square in Saint Petersburg with Peter and Paul Fortress in the background. The reverse side features the south rostral column and Old Saint Petersburg Stock Exchange building. This banknote bears a 1-mm wide solid security thread with printed Russian text and the denomination and contains a watermark with a Horizontal 50 at the left and a Peter and Paul Fortress at the right design. This paper bill is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
