Rwanda 1,000 Francs Banknote, 1988, P-21a.1, UNC

The Rwanda 1,000 Francs banknote is part of the 1988 issues. It is green, blue, brown, and pink in color and measures 157 x 70 mm. The obverse side shows the coat of arms and a man and boy Intore dancers with spears and shields. The reverse side features two Eastern gorillas and three men in a canoe on Lake Kivu. This banknote has no security thread and contains a watermark with a crowned crane head design.
