Samoa 20 Tala Banknote, 2008, P-40a, UNC

Part of the 2008 family of notes, the 20 Samoan tala banknote is a bright yellow note with a windowed security thread and demetalized CBS. The obverse focuses on the Sinaloa waterfall in Savaii. The reverse highlights the manumea and the Teuila, the national bird and flower of Samoa respectively. The note has a watermark of Malietoa Tanumafili II, an electrotype CBS watermark, and Cornerstones. The note is 139 mm long and 71 mm wide.
