This uncirculated 50 tala Samoa note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Samoa. It is a green note that is dated 2006 ND, bear the signatures of Leasi Papalii Tommy Scanlan and Misa Telefoni, and measures 144 x 72 mm. Its obverse side features the flag of Samoa, a kava bowl, Malietoa Tanumafili II, and Robert Louis Stevenson’s former house (the current residence of the head of state). Its reverse side shows palm trees, the coat of arms, the flag, a man with a flaming torch performing a fire dance, and a female Samoan dance group. Security features include a windowed security thread with demetalized CBS and a watermark of Malietoa Tanumafili II, electrotype CBS, and cornerstones.
