Saudi Arabia 1 Riyal Banknote, 1977 ND (AH1379), P-16, UNC, TAP 60-70 Authenticated

The Saudi Arabia 1 Riyal is part of the 1977 ND (AH1379) issues. It is brown in color and measures 130 x 65 mm. The obverse side shows the Jabal an-Nour (The Mountain of Light) near the city of Mecca and King Faisal. The reverse side features the national emblem (two crossed swords with a palm tree) and the Lockheed L-1011 jet in Saudia livery in the sky over Dhahran Airport (DHA). This banknote uses a solid security thread and contains a watermark with a King Faisal design. This particular Saudi Arabia 1 Riyal banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
