The Saudi Arabia 10 Riyal banknote was released by the Saudi Arabia Monetary Authority in 2016 (AH1438). Its obverse depicts the palace of King Abdulaziz Almoraba Area and a portrait of King Salman bin Abdulaziz. On the reverse are the King Abdulaziz Financial District located in Riyadh and the coat of arms of Saudi Arabia depicting two crossed swords and a palm tree. The note bears a windowed security thread with a demetalized SAMA10. Additionally, it has a watermark that reflects King Salman bin Abdulaziz, an electrotype emblem and Arabic text, and cornerstones. Printed by De La Rue, the 150 x 68 mm paper bill carries the signatures of Ahmed Abdulkarim Alkholifey and Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz bin Abdullah al-Assaf. This note comes in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
