This 100 Saudi Arabian riyal note was issued by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) in 2003 and signed by Hamad Saud al-Sayyari and Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz bin Abdullah al-Assaf. It is a brown note that measures 160 mm x 72 mm. Its obverse side features the green dome and minaret of the Al-Masjid al-Nabawi (Prophets Mosque) in Medina and the portrait of King Fahd. Its reverse side features an aerial view of the Al-Masjid al-Nabawi and the national emblem. Security features include a windowed Starwide security thread with demetalized 100 and Arabic text and a watermark of King Fahd and an electrotype 100. It is also a gem uncirculated note that qualified for Paper Money Guaranty’s Exceptional Paper Quality, experienced minor handling, and has above-average centering.
