The 100 Saudi Arabian riyal banknote is part of the sixth series of banknotes and the first series issued by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority. The front has the denomination printed in SPARK ink, the dome and minaret of the Prophets Mosque in Medina, and King Salman bin Abdulaziz. The back features a birds-eye view of Al Masjid al-Nabawi. The note has a holographic stripe, a motion windowed security thread with the national emblem and the denomination in Arabic numerals, a watermark of King Salman, an electrotype watermark of the Saudi Arabian coat of arms and 100 in Arabic numerals, and Cornerstones. The notes dimensions are 160 mm by 72 mm.
