The Saudi Arabia 5 Riyals Banknote was issued by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency in 2009. Its obverse features the Ras Tanorah oil refinery and King Abdullah. Its reverse features the Jubayl Port in the eastern region and the national emblem depicting two crossed swords and a palm tree. The note has a windowed security thread with demetallized SAMA 5. Its watermark reveals King Abdullah, an electrotype 5, and Cornerstones. The note is 145 x 66 mm in size and bears the signature of Ibrahim bin Abdullah al-Assaf and Fahad Al-Mubarak. This particular banknote has been given a grade of 68 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
