The Saudi Arabia 50 Riyals Banknote was issued by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency in 1983. The green banknote bears Arabic and English texts. Its obverse features the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem and a portrait of King Fahd. The reverse depicts the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem and the national emblem showing two crossed swords with a palm tree. The note contains a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals King Fahd. It is 155 x 70 mm in size and has the correct text over the Arabic word for “Monetary” in the panel found at the upper left of the note’s front design. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60 to 70.
