This 2-piece banknote set comes with 25 and 50 pfennig notgeld paper bills issued in 1921 by the Municipality of Scheesel in the Prussian province of Hanover. Both notes have color combinations of brown, dark blue, and sepia and are 81 x 53 mm in size. The coat of arms of Scheessel between two young women in traditional dresses is shown on the obverse of the 25 pfennig banknote. Its reverse features scenery with a tree and a church. It also depicts a pig, piglets, and a woman wearing a hat kneeling before a sack of potatoes. The obverse of the 50-pfennig bill displays a man plowing a field while its reverse reflects a young woman in a traditional dress and a large tree. These notgeld banknotes bear a watermark that reveals waves pattern. These notes are in uncirculated condition.
