The Scotland 20 Pound banknote was issued by the Bank of Scotland in 2004 to commemorate its 300th year of service to the community. The banknotes obverse features Sir Walter Scott and the bank emblem. The reverse of the banknote depicts a laboratory, the Bank of Scotland building, the Union Bank of Scotland emblem depicting a ship, and the British Linen Bank seal. The paper bill is 149 x 80 mm in size and bears a watermark that reflects Sir Walter Scott. This banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
