In the background are ships at a sea. The banknote contains a windowed security thread with a demetallized CLYDESDALE. It also bears a watermark that reveals a sailing ships pattern. The banknote is 155 x 85 mm in size and is signed by the bank Chief Executive David Thorburn. This particular paper bill is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
