Featured on its obverse is Lord Ilay Archibald Campbell who was the bank’s first governor. The reverse depicts Edinburgh castle. The note bears a watermark that reveals Lord Ilay. This 128 x 65 mm banknote does not have a security thread. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
