Seychelles 10 Rupees Banknote, 1998-2010 ND, P-36b, UNC, Low Serial #

The Seychelles 10 Rupees banknote is from the 1998-2013 series that features new designs, a uniform size, new serial numbers, windowed security threads and turtle watermarks and registration devices. This particular 10-rupee note is blue and green in color and measures 151 x 75 mm. The front side features the countrys coat of arms along with its map, a black-spotted trigger fish and a coco-de-mer palm tree, all of which are native to the Seychelles archipelago. Meanwhile, the back side shows cowrie shells, two fairy tern birds and a hawksbill turtle.
