The Solomon Islands 100 Dollars Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Solomon Islands in 2009. The note has hints of light brown, red, and peach. The obverse features a club, the national flag of the Solomon Islands, a bird, and coconut trees. It also shows the coat of arms of the country, a flower and a hologram. The reverse depicts a flower, palm trees, and coconut harvesting. Security features of this banknote include a windowed security thread with demetallized design. It also contains a watermark that reveals a falcon’s head, an electrotype CBSI, and cornerstones. The note measures 162 x 72 mm and is signed by Denton H. Rarawa and Shadrach Fanega.
