The Solomon Islands 20 dollar banknote was released in 2006 by the Central Bank of Solomon Islands. The banknote is colored brown, orange, and purple. The obverse features a club, a fish, the flag of the nation, and the emblem of Solomon Islands. The reverse of the note depicts warriors and a turtle. The note is 155 x 72 mm in size and bears a solid security thread with a demetalized CBSI. It also has a watermark that shows a falcons head, an electrotype CBSI, and Cornerstones. It also carries the signatures of the bank governor Rick Houeniplwela and Secretary of Finance Shadrach Fanega.
