Reviews:

The Solomon Islands 5 Dollar banknote was released by the Central Bank of Solomon Islands in 2006 featuring a fish, the Solomon Islands flag, birds, and the national emblem on its obverse. The reverse of the note depicts a bird, wood sculpture of sea spirit, traditional war canoes, palm trees, and a hut on stilts. The blue banknote bears a solid security thread with a demetalized CBSI and a watermark that shows a falcon in flight. The banknote was printed by De La Rue and is 145 x 72 mm in size. It also carries the signature of the bank governor Rick N. Houenipwela and Secretary of Finance Shadrach Fanega. This particular note has been given a grade of 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
