Reviews:

This 1,000 Somalian shilling note was printed by the Pura Group in Indonesia for the administration of the Puntland region. Though it was produced and issued in 1999, the note is dated 1990. The big differences between this note and the authorized issue by its lithograph printing and the purple 1000 printed at the center of its front side. Its front side also depicts two women weaving baskets and mats, and the national emblem of Somalia. The back side shows two views of Mogadishu: the city coastline, and the buildings and ships docked at the port. The note does not have a security thread. However, it has a watermark of Sayyid Mohammed Abdullah Hassan. This note is 154 mm long and 76 mm wide.
