This uncirculated 1,000 Somaliland shilling note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Somaliland. It is a red note that is dated 2014, bears the signature of Guddoomiyaha Abdi Dirir Abdi, and measures 145 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side features the Bank of Somaliland building. Its reverse side shows herdsmen on Berbera dock. Though the note does not have a watermark, it has a security thread with demetallized BOS 1000 and a radar repeating serial number.
