Somaliland 1,000 Shillings Banknote, 2015, P-20d, PMG 67

The Somaliland 1,000 Shilling banknote is part of the family of notes issued by the Bank of Somaliland in 2015. Centered on its obverse is the Bank of Somaliland building located in Hargeisa. Also depicted on the front of the note are trees and camels. On the reverse, herdsmen with a flock of sheep and goats on Berbera dock are shown on the reverse as well as rucks and a ship. The note is 145 x 66 mm in size and bears a windowed security thread with a demetalized BOS 1000. This particular Somaliland 1,000 Shilling banknote has been given a grade of 67 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
