The South Africa 10 Rand Banknote was issued by the South African Reserve Bank in 2005. This green banknote bears English, Afrikaans, and Swazi texts. The obverse depicts rhinoceros, the coat of arms of South Africa, and a sunflower transitioning to a diamond. The reverse depicts agriculture, a ram, sunflowers, a windmill, and cattle. The note contains a windowed security thread with demetallized SARB 10, a watermark that reveals a rhinoceros and electrotype 10, and a registration device in the form of 10. The note is 128 x 70 mm in size and is signed by Tito “TT” Mboweni. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60 to 70.
